 Casa Ciolina is a charming, luxurious residence situated in the foothills of ‘de Kempen’, a rural area in the Belgian province of Limburg close to Peer and Hasselt. This beautiful Casa is member of the Erfgoedlogies, a prominent club for bed&Breakfasts , guest houses. The 19th-century premises were formerly a soap factory and have recently been converted into a magnificent farmhouse with an inner courtyard. Although Casa Ciolina was originally a so-called ‘Teutenhuis’, which refers to a place where travelling salesmen from the region used to congregate, this location is a delightful experience for any kind of traveller. Casa Ciolina, owned by Maria and her originally Italian husband Enrico Ciolina, is a welcome breath of fresh air for anyone who enjoys subdued luxury. Check availability

Het Poorthuys  From De Koer, the guest enters the departure beside the poort by means of a small pantry with fridge. Only the wall behind the double bed still reminds to the old horse stable, of which the original bricklaying has been preserved. As a result, the chamber exhales a rural environment. By the institution with ancient closet and side table the space has been transformed to an intimate departure. To a round table for the window you can enjoy the lookout on the tightly moored, walled garden with catalpa, low buxus and grass field. The partitions of the wide walk-in shower with design radiator are with Grey flags cover, own toilet and you can use a TV.
